Amanda Dahl is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, Biomagnetic Therapist, Health Coach, Soul Coach, and co-owner of Dahl Holistic Health with her husband Christopher. Amanda uses her healing gifts with clients that need a fresh and different approach to their health and healing. Many of her clients have “tried everything” by the time they work with her, and find that their healing accelerates through her gentle guidance and thoughtful approach.
Physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are considered as Amanda leads clients to a life of health and new possibilities. Amanda enjoys mentoring others on their healing path and loves to see people heal and move on to enjoy life again. She teaches Reiki and wellness workshops that combine different healing modalities to bring people to a state of relaxation and health. Appointments are available either in-person or over the phone.

Ritika is really excited to bring Challenge Island’s unique and award-winning, cross-curricular STEAM program to the schools, children and families of our San Diego Coastal community! It is her hope to help elevate a well-rounded development for our budding generation; to provide opportunities for organic learning through hands-on experiential and interactive play-based options.

Discipline Over Motivation
Being born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Jamal developed a very limiting mindset when it came to doing big things. He was raised in a home where he experienced child abuse physically and verbally every day until he moved out. Before he moved out of his house, he joined a non-profit organization (a Church) and began to grow as a person and a leader.
He dedicated 10 years of volunteer service to this 5,000-member church and learned many valuable skills as a leader. he joined when he was 18 years old and by the time he was 20 years old he was leading my own small groups, overseeing volunteer departments and speaking to large crowds of people. He was fortunate enough to travel overseas and speak in different countries, such as the Philippines and Thailand. In this organization, he also had the privilege of being the main youth leader at one of the satellite branches.
He have known of Mr. John C Maxwell since he joined that organization because of his eye-opening growth and leadership books that he would use to lead my teams. He came across Mr. Maxwell’s JOHN MAXWELL TEAM in 2018 and knew John’s team was for him. Being a part of THE JOHN MAXWELL TEAM gives him the wonderful opportunity to enhance and hone his skills to fulfill his purpose, which is to transform lives from the inside out.

Creating Effective Webinars
Tibi started his career as a financial professional in Israel at the age of 19.5, when he became a life insurance agent, while serving in the Israel Defense Forces. By age 21 he has already been promoted to Branch Manager, and by 23 to Regional Sales Director. In 2001, after over 20 years as a successful financial professional in Israel, he moved to San Diego with his family, starting over from scratch. Within the following few years he managed to achieve the most esteemed and sought for status in the national and international financial industry.
Between 2014-18 Tibi served and President and CEO of Doctor Globe, Inc., a tech startup that he co-founded in the online healthcare consumerism space. DoctorGlobe developed an on line portal branded as Surgerate, an online interactive smart search platform, saving companies and employees health care costs by encouraging users to seek better care for less. Since 1983, when he served as a coach at the Dale Carnegie Tel Aviv office, he has been coaching and mentoring, as well as speaking at national and international financial industry conferences, including the 2009 MDRT Top of the table in Kauai Hawaii and “Insurance & Finance 2010” 31st annual national conference in Eilat Israel, where he delivered the main platform keynote address.
He earned his Master of Science in Financial Services from the institute of business and finance in La Jolla California. Among his community contributions are board member at Fresh Start Surgical Gifts, a board member at T.E.A.M. and StandWithUs Israel advocacy organizations. Tibi co-chaired Israel @ 60 San Diego, as well as co founded and served as president of the San Diego Jewish Chamber of Commerce.

As a mentor and member of Team Score for over five years, Paul is specialized in banking and finance, legal and business operational management for small business and startups, and funding sources which includes bank and non-bank lenders, crowd funding, Angel and Venture Capital.
He obtained his education in Ohio State University B/A industrial management and finance.
As a mentor, workshop presenter and member of Team Score for over two years, Michael have had great experiences consulting with clients about their business capital needs. In his business career he founded and operated as CEO of a San Diego mortgage banking firm which he sold after twenty-three years to a major national bank.
He was recognized early in his career by the California Association of Mortgage Professionals (Brokers) as Mortgage Lender of the Year. During his volunteer and career activities, he has helped many starting or expanding a business and other who simply wished to obtain capital for investment.
